The Transaction Events Batch endpoint allows a Device to report a batch of transaction events.
Each transaction event within the batch follows the same definition that is used
in the /recognition/{recognition_id}/transaction_events endpoint.
The field request_data.transaction_events cannot be empty and can have a maximum of 50 events in total
